My counselling sessions are held in my counselling room where you have space and freedom to talk about your concerns. You have control over what is discussed and you can talk about whatever issues you wish. This is your opportunity to spend some time thinking about what you truly feel and what you really want.
During your counselling session we will explore your concerns and together look at them from different viewpoints. As a counsellor I do not tell you what is right and or wrong or how you should act.
As an accredited counsellor with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy I attend regular supervisions and work to very strict confidential guidelines. I do not discuss the contents of our sessions outside of the counselling room. There may be certain circumstances which require me to break this confidentiality and in such instances I would discuss this with you.
